Ship to Fuji Dental Lab with FedEx Shipping

We understand how extremely important each case is and that it arrives to your office in a timely manner. Therefore, when choosing a carrier to handle our shipments to and from the laboratory, we currently use FedEx 2-Day Delivery. In using this service, we are able to communicate with you in a punctual manner. If you have a RUSH case, FedEx Standard Overnight and Priority Overnight is available for an additional charge. To setup scheduled pickups please call FedEx Customer Service (800) 463-3339.

Packing Instructions

1.  Use FedEx Ship Manager to create your FedEx Shipping Label.

2.  Place the disinfected items in the Fuji shipping box and place the box or boxes in the FedEx Pak. Each box can hold more than one case if properly segregated.

3.  Attach shipping label to the outside of the FedEx Pak. Confirm the correct Sender and Recipient address is on the label.

4.  Contact FedEx to schedule a pick up at your office:

Contactless shipping with FedEx Drop Box Network:

Calling FedEx in the A.M. assures prompt service on the following day or possibly that day. This will depend on where your office is located. If you choose to not use FedEx pickup services, you can drop off at your nearest FedEx drop-off location.


Fuji Dental Lab understands how important due dates and deadlines are in order for your office to work efficiently, and to maintain 100% patient satisfaction. In order to achieve a better fitting implant with a custom digital abutment, our first choice will always be Atlantis Custom Abutments unless otherwise notified by your office. Atlantis Custom Abutments maintain a great natural shape verses the standard abutment. To adjust a standard abutment takes time and does not always fit as needed, whereas a custom milled abutment fits so nicely to the implant that it results in a much better custom restoration. If your office chooses to send in an implant case WITHOUT all necessary parts, Fuji will order any additional parts needed to complete the case at the expense of the doctor.
